Bhatt Lab Undergraduate Researcher Receives Georgia Tech PURA Award.

We are excited to announce that Vivan Tadakamalla has been awarded the Summer 2026 President's Undergraduate Research Award (PURA). This competitive award supports undergraduate research, and Vivan will investigate mechanisms of therapy resistance using single-cell and transcriptomic approaches under the mentorship of Dr. Shruti Bhatt. Congratulations on this well-deserved recognition!

Bhatt Lab Receives Geron Industry-Sponsored Research (ISR) Award
​
We are excited to announce that Dr. Shruti Bhatt has received a Sponsored Research Agreement through the Geron Industry-Sponsored Research (ISR) Program to support research on implementing dynamic BH3 profiling as a biomarker for imetelstat therapy in high-risk myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS) and acute myeloid leukemia (AML).​
